[High Speed & High Precision] Steel Pipe Thread Joint Foreign Object Inspection Device

It is a device that performs high-speed foreign object inspection of threaded joints such as steel pipes, regardless of the thread shape.

This device is designed for the internal inspection of cylindrical workpieces with dimensions ranging from φ160 to φ300 × L400 mm. It is equipped with five cameras arranged around the circumference, allowing for a 360° inspection of the interior through the operation of forward inspection, rotation, and return inspection. The inspection is conducted simultaneously with all five cameras moving at a speed of 500 mm/s, capturing images at a pitch of 10 mm (representative value), and real-time judgment is made, enabling the inspection process from start to judgment output to be completed in approximately 5 seconds (for L400 mm). 【Features】 ■ 360° Imaging: Inspections can be performed around the entire circumference without blind spots using multiple cameras. ■ High Precision Judgment: The minimum detectable size of foreign objects is φ0.5 mm. ■ High-Speed Inspection: Scanning at 50 mm/s, real-time judgment, and simultaneous image storage. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
